Lovely & Quaint Victorian Inn
The Libby House & The Barn
Libby House Inn is an Elegant and Historic Victorian Bed & Breakfast, that is surrounded by charming White Mountains and located on the north end of Presidential mountain range, which has 6,288' Mt. Washington in the center. You're welcome the year-round to this 1891 Victorian House with original Libby family furnishings.
The inn is located in the center of town right on the Town Common, a short walk to everything. The Inn has a beautiful garden and front porch to relax and enjoy. The House was made from choice lumber from the Libby Family Lumber Camps during the old logging days. Guests may sit in the living room to watch cable TV or sit in the Parlor and enjoy the fire. All bedrooms have Queen size beds and private baths. A choice of a complementary continental breakfast or hot breakfast is included in the price of the room.
The Barn, which is attached to the Libby House, is a famous hiking hostel on the Appalachian trail. It is a great place for hikers to stop and spend a night and enjoy the comfort and relaxation of the historic 32 year old Barn. The barn is in close walking distance to everything you may need from a Chinese buffet, grocery store, post office, library and more.
